The company's staff profile consists of full and part time employees. The part time staff vary their work pattern to align with the work in progress of the company or the requirement to provide a particular specialism such as maintenance management, inspection, QA etc.

Started his career with Lloyds Register in 1991 on the graduate training scheme. Having become a Chartered Engineer, Alasdair spent several years at ABS & AEA Technology before joining CEproof in 2001. Alasdair led CEproof from a start-up to the leading CE marking consultancy in its field. In June 2010, Alasdair sold CEproof and bought Human Performance Improvement Ltd's Verification Services division to create HPi Verification Services Ltd.
Terry managed both the Notified and Competent Body services of Human Performance Improvements Ltd which was bought by Alasdair in June 2010. Terry previously worked for AEA Technology and Zurich insuance after a distinguished career at sea working with steam plant.
